Union Medical are specialists in providing event medical cover to a range of events from small private events, to sports events, large shows and festivals.
Union Medical cover the whole of the United Kingdom. We consist of 2 core teams; London, South Yorkshire. We offer cover 24/7, 365 days a year from our experienced, fully-trained staff (with a minimum of FREC-3 and FPOS-I qualifications)
Medical services we offer to our clients include: Cycle Response Unit, Rapid Response Vehicles, and Ambulances for treating on-scene, Mobile and Static First Aiders, TV Studio Medical Cover, and Film Set Medical Cover. Please see our medical cover section below for a full list of services.
We hold £2,000,000 Professional, Medical, Malpractice, Products Liability, Indemnity and Public liability. Our team undergo regular spot checks, training and CPD ensuring they meet our strict requirements. No matter how big or small your event is we can tailor cover to suit your event’s needs.

Fast Response
We know that organising an event can be a stressful experience and waiting for a company to come back to you relating to your medical cover doesn’t help. We will respond as quickly as we can to confirm if we have staff available on that day or not.

Safe & Secure
We want you to feel Safe and Secure every step of the way through this process from you initally contacting us to book cover through to event day where our staff are onsite. You will have a dedicated point of contact through one of the Operations Managers the whole way from start to finish.
step 4
Post Event
Once your event has finished most companies will just send you an invoice and nothing else. We however will send you the invoice but also a post event medical report outlining all the injuries that we dealt with.
